When I had my daughters nothing brought me more joy than strolling around gazing at them while they slept. I would walk around for hours feeding them on park benches kissing their soft cheeks and simply revel in the beauty of motherhood. What I noticed during these long walks was I was also getting a small workout in without the pressure of bouncing back to my pre pregnancy state. I would just stroll and fuss over my baby with love in my heart and fresh air in my lungs, it was therapeutic. I love a good sneaker and wanted to share my picks for the perfect mom stroll.
