Mother Nurture

Mothers are known for taking care of everyone else and forgetting about their own wellbeing. As a mother it is important to nourish your body from the inside out. May is the month to celebrate mother’s and also Mental Health Awareness month. Let’s take this month to step back connect with ourselves, other mothers, grow our village and cultivate meaningful relationships that feed our soul.

YOGA IN ESTRELA PARK

Join us for an invigorating yoga flow in the beautiful Estrela park. We will be flowing with Steph a renowned yoga teacher who hails from berlin but now resides in Lisbon. Steph practiced New York Style Jivamukti Yoga, gaining her advanced teachers certificate in 2005.

Steph teaches professional athletes, managers, performance artists and entrepreneurs. She also specializes in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga.

Please come with your yoga mat and a zen spirit :) this class is suitable for everyone!

We speak with Claire from Anabel Zenith about what breath work is, the benefits and how you can introduce it to your everyday life to help you.

One of the greatest aspects to living in Lisbon is the easy access to outdoor activities. The beaches and various mountain ranges are all within close distance but what is even closer is Monsanto Park. Let’s take advantage of all that this wonderful city has to offer and enjoy an invigorating hike in Monsanto Park to get our week off to a great start. The trail is easy to moderate so no experience needed. Just remember to wear suitable shoes, carry a bottle of water, wear sunscreen and a hat!
